An unforgettable stay! I’ve traveled all over Nicaragua, and this spot stands out as one of the best. The house is stunning, fully equipped, and literally right on the beach with direct access to one of the top surf breaks in the south. What really made it special was the host. Ali is incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back

Ali made everything effortless during our stay. From easy transportation to and from the airport to the thoughtful add-ons offered by him and his amazing staff, every detail was handled with care. The estate is spotless, the view is breathtaking, and the included breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. There are several great beachfront restaurants a 5 minute walk away, and the locals are incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, the entire experience was stress-free and unforgettable, thanks to Ali and his team. Can’t recommend it enough!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage bei Ali und Frania. Die Aussicht war fantastisch und genau das richtige für unsere letzten Tage in Nicaragua. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ali und Frania sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und wir durften ein super leckeres Dinner geniessen. Der ganze Aufenthalt war mehr als wir uns erträumt haben. Eines Tages werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen.

We absolutely loved staying at the flamingo experience. Ali and Frania were wonderful hosts and truly made us feel at home. Waking up in Playa Remanso is a treat and is the perfect spot if you’re hoping to surf. Ali and Frania truly go out of their way to cater to their guests. If we ever find ourselves back in SJDS we will definitely be back!

I read the reviews before booking a 3-night stay at Flamingo Experience, and I must say that the feedback truly encouraged me to make this choice. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing exaggerated in what I read. First of all, the place is even more beautiful than the listing suggests. It offers an atmosphere of tranquility and total relaxation. The views are fantastic, making it a truly relaxing place. Ali's recommendations were spot on, and you really feel at home, without the slightest disturbance. The setting is simply magical: the pool, the sunset terrace, and everything in between create a perfect ambiance for unwinding. Ali is an exceptional host, displaying extraordinary kindness and care. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his warm welcome and delicious cocktails. In summary, we had an excellent stay at Flamingo Experience, and we sincerely hope to return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft! Modern, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist grosszügig und schmeckt super. Der Gastgeber Ali ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Fantastisch uitzicht over de baai, hier valt echt niet minder dan vijf sterren voor te geven. Alles is heel luxe en het zwembad is heerlijk. We missen nu ook al de breakfast burrito’s! Het is een rustig strandje dus wij hadden voor het meest van de tijd het idee dat we het niet met veel anderen deelden. Leuk om bodyboards of surfboards te huren, het zijn leuke golven. Al met al een VIP ervaring! (Deze kamer vond ik trouwens ook het fijnst voor het uitzicht, je kan helemaal vrij kijken en er komen geen of nauwelijks mensen langs je kamer lopen.)

Ali and Frania were a great host. We had a great time, relaxed, steps from the beach and restaurants. Great view with a nice room. Look forward to visiting again.

I had a lovely stay here. The place itself is nice, modern and has lots of little spaces to take in the sunset or just relax. It was also very private and quiet. The owners are great and super helpful. The room was very clean and I really appreciated the large shower and the bidet! They had just opened a bar downstairs and we enjoyed the margaritas very much. Breakfast was really tasty and a great start to the day. The beach is incredibly beautiful and unobstructed. A truly gorgeous spot. Would love to come back.
