The location is superb, with wonderful beaches and excellent restaurants close by. The owners are absolutely wonderful, kind, and willing to help in every way possible. Sincerely, I want to say they made the experience so much more than expected.

Everything!
The location is unique, it’s the best complex in the area with the best view of the sunset and the beach.
Breakfast was very good and all the staff was very polite and helpful.
Ali the host and his wife are great people with true care on what they do.
Every detail on the complex is carefully selected with the best materials and you will be amazed with the result.
It was great being there and we regret we didn’t book more days to stay. Everything is great!

La vue et les couchers de soleil simplement incroyables, logement sympa et impeccable, Ali est accueillant et conseille sur les bons tips du coin.

I could not have asked for a better experience on our first visit to Nicaragua. Ali’s place is all you need and more please don’t hesitate to book! We were surrounded by pure beauty, peace and relaxation for our 3 nights there. You do not have to leave as everything is available to you from the beatiful beach, surf classes if into it and great restaurants! Ali is an amazing host, very friendly and not to mention his Steak Dinner is A1!
We are gratefull for this experience and are sure we will be back.

We had an unforgettable vacation in Nicaragua, and our host made it even more special. Super attentive, kind, and always available if we needed anything. The place was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located.

Sehr freundliches Ankommen durch Ali und seiner Partnerin. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in der Bucht unschlagbar. Nur das Finden des Hauses stellte für uns eine kleine Herausforderung da.
Seine beiden kleinen Hunde waren auch sehr niedlich. Die anderen 6 Hunde waren in einem separaten Bereich weggesperrt.
Das Frühstück war großartig! Wir hatten unsere besten Omeletts unseres Lebens. Kaputte Holzliegen aber sonst war wirklich alles sehr gut.

Extraordinary location on a beautiful bay. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Fantastic team, so nice and friendly. Well thought out building, loved the intimate size and the relaxation this beautiful place provides. Delicious breakfasts! Having to leave 🙃

We couldn’t have been happier staying at the Flamingo. We were coming from a conference in Costa Rica and we wanted to relax for a few days. I was worried it would be complicated getting from Liberia airport to Playa Remanso, but Ali made everything easy and seamless. He arranged the transportation to and from and was quick to respond whenever we had a question.
The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We ate on the beach for dinner a couple of nights and also traveled by taxi (15 min) to San Juan de Sur for one night. The amenities and hospitality were exceptional and then the sunset views really made this an amazing experience.
We can’t wait to return!

Ali and Frania are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. The place is gorgeous, the beach has just the right level of development and is great for surfing. Having to leave after some time was the only downside
