House Rules

Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. Well designed and well fitted out property in an incredible location on the beach. The relaxed surf vibe was perfect. Great breakfasts overlooking the sea and the perfect spot for sundowners. Owners and staff were fab. Highly recommend.

La casa en su totalidad es hermosa , la habitación e instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias. La habitación de la casa permite que el atardecer se pueda ver desde el balcón!!! El desayuno muy rico!!! Nosotros fuimos de luna de miel y recomendamos este lugar 100%, es perfecto 👌. Los dueños Alin y Frania siempre estuvieron atentos, incluso Alin nos fué a buscar xq estábamos perdidos 😅

Everything was well thought. All the things in the common areas were labeled. The place is amazing, the furniture, the breakfast, the host, everything. The view is to day for. Relaxing and amazing to look at the waves from such a place. The host and owner is a big place. We enjoyed everything and the ensured everything was all right. Definitely will go back soon. Favorite place on the beach so far. That we had to leave :(

We absolutely loved our stay. Ali and his wife are such interesting and lovely people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The place is stunning and absolutely spotless, so well taken care of. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are big and luxurious. The property is directly infront of a beautiful beach. My husband and I have stayed in so many places but we will never forget this one it was really special to us and we will definitely come back. Everything was just perfect.

The views, the peace, the design, the hospitality. The place is stunning and just so damn relaxing and the price was great The cost of a taxi from there (or by the beach) to San Juan del sur is 10 to 15 USD even though it's only a ten to system

We stayed at the Flamingo experience for a week and it is just an amazing experience. We've stayed at nice places in Costa Rica, Bali, South Africa and all over the world - but this gem hidden in a piece of paradise is at the very top. Ali and Frania are incredible, hospitable hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, well looked after and your stay enjoyable. Their dogs are also very friendly. The roar of the waves crashing on the beach is at your front porch, whether sitting in the wonderful pool or in your room with the amazing view. Here you can surf, ride motorbike, enjoy massages, go bar/restaurant hopping, hiking and more. God willingly we will surely visit again! Come here if you want an adventurous vacation or if you just need to relax and feed your soul, whether alone, with friends or as a romantic getaway. There's nothing we didn't like

The property is incredible! Great view, walking distance to the beach, awesome terrace to watch the sunsets... but the best part were the hosts. Frania and Ali were incredible. Ali is a great chef and frania was always welcoming and helpful. I cant say enough about them. We didnt want to leave and are definitely coming back.

Everything was absolutely pristine, extremely beautiful location, delicious breakfast, and the hosts (Ali & Frania) were incredibly warm and generous people. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you stay. Nothing, it was perfect!!

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
