Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. Merveilleux séjour chez Ali. La vue et les couchers de soleil simplement incroyables, logement sympa et impeccable, Ali est accueillant et conseille sur les bons tips du coin. La seule tristesse était de quitter ce petit paradis :)

Sehr freundliches Ankommen durch Ali und seiner Partnerin. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist in der Bucht unschlagbar. Nur das Finden des Hauses stellte für uns eine kleine Herausforderung da. Seine beiden kleinen Hunde waren auch sehr niedlich. Die anderen 6 Hunde waren in einem separaten Bereich weggesperrt. Das Frühstück war großartig! Wir hatten unsere besten Omeletts unseres Lebens. Kaputte Holzliegen aber sonst war wirklich alles sehr gut.

We couldn’t have been happier staying at the Flamingo. We were coming from a conference in Costa Rica and we wanted to relax for a few days. I was worried it would be complicated getting from Liberia airport to Playa Remanso, but Ali made everything easy and seamless. He arranged the transportation to and from and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We ate on the beach for dinner a couple of nights and also traveled by taxi (15 min) to San Juan de Sur for one night. The amenities and hospitality were exceptional and then the sunset views really made this an amazing experience. We can’t wait to return!

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
