The Flamingo Experience is an adults-only boutique property designed for peace, comfort, connection, and beach life. We are not a party hostel or large resort. The Crew Suite is social, but the overall property vibe is still relaxed, respectful, and elevated. Breakfast is included daily. The Crew Suite uses two shared full bathrooms located on the main floor. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval. This helps us protect the privacy, safety, and experience of all registered guests. Air conditioning is included for use while guests are in the room. To help protect energy use on our solar-supported property, please turn off AC when leaving for the day. Because we are located directly on the beach, guests should expect sand, salt air, ocean breeze, wildlife, and the natural rhythm of coastal Nicaragua. That is part of the experience. The Flamingo Experience has multiple room types, including private king suites and the Crew Suite. This listing is specifically for the private Crew Suite. For guests who want more privacy, one of our private king suites may be a better fit. For guests who want a more social group experience, the Crew Suite is the best choice.

The Flamingo Experience is located directly on Playa Remanso, one of San Juan del Sur’s most loved surf beaches. Remanso has the kind of beach energy people come to Nicaragua for: soft sand, sunsets, surf, warm water, local restaurants, and a relaxed coastal rhythm. The waves are friendly enough for beginners and longboarders, but when the swell picks up, the beach can also be fun for more experienced surfers. Our property sits on the quieter south end of the beach, giving guests a more peaceful, tucked-away feeling while still being close to surf schools, beach restaurants, beach bars, and local activity. San Juan del Sur town is about 10–12 minutes away by car. You can go into town for restaurants, shops, nightlife, or errands, then come back to the quiet of Playa Remanso. Nearby areas include Playa Tamarindo, Playa Hermosa, Playa Maderas, and the surrounding coastal hills. The result is a stay that feels close to everything, but still removed from the noise.
