Es un lugar cómodo, con vista privilegiada, es un hotel pero te sientes como en casa, Ali es un gran tipo y en todo momento estuvo pendiente y presto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos.

From the start, Ali was an incredible host, helping with directions, airport taxis, and everything in between. The room was spotless, the pool was clean, and the property was so comfortable you could walk around barefoot with no sand, even though the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, and Ali’s food recommendations were spot-on. There’s also a full bar and snacks on-site. Everything felt chill, safe, and easy. I loved it so much I canceled my next stay and extended two extra days. I’ll definitely be back!

Awesome place to stay, highly recommend. The view from my room worth the cost of the whole trip, it looked just like shown in the pictures. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

The Flamingo Experience was more than what my fiancé and I could’ve ever hoped for. Ali and Frania were so kind and helpful. This was our first trip to Nicaragua and Central America, at all, and they helped to answer all our questions about the area, provided suggestions on restaurants and gave great surfing advice! The house was right on the beach which had a few great restaurants. We brought our own surfboards and were able to wake up, grab our boards from downstairs, and walk right onto the beach to get into the water. There are also surfboard rentals and lessons right on the beach, as well. Breakfast was amazing. My fiancé and I had massages in our room. The hosts helped arrange taxis into San Juan Del Sur and even helped us order pizza to be delivered to the house our last night. We will definitely be back!

This place is a gem, far exceeding our expectations. Ali & Francis are gracious hosts. The photos don’t even compare to reality. You can get closer to surf and beach. We can’t wait to return.

Ali’s place is easily the nicest on the beach and likely one of the nicest in all of Nicaragua. Perfect location and the photos don’t do the view justice. He’s a great host and goes above and beyond to ensure each of his guests has a great stay. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here immediately, you will not regret it.
