House Rules

Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. Este lugar es un verdadero paraíso escondido en Playa Remanso. 🌴 Nuestra estadía fue simplemente espectacular. Ali y Frania son anfitriones impecables, atentos en cada detalle y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que uno podría necesitar: espacios limpios, bien cuidados y con una energía increíble. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y perfecta para descansar después de un día de playa. A great location close to San Juan del Sur without the noise. An exceptional view on the bay. Great facility and lovely breakfast choices. Ideal for surfers or just to relax by the pool and explore the area. Parking is a bit awkward.

Spent 1 night at The Flamingo Experience, and it was an excelente experience! The pictures don’t do justice, places was pristine, comfortable bed, all the amenities you need, friendly and flexible hosts, and the cutest dogs. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for the definition of paradise. I will be definitely returning and recommending to friends. Thanks Ali & Francia for welcoming us to your beautiful home!

Had an amazing week at this peaceful and beautiful house, it really exceeded my expectations! The view is stunning, the surf was great, and the host was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, and everything was very clean and spotless. I’ll definitely be back.

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
