Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage bei Ali und Frania. Die Aussicht war fantastisch und genau das richtige für unsere letzten Tage in Nicaragua. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ali und Frania sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und wir durften ein super leckeres Dinner geniessen. Der ganze Aufenthalt war mehr als wir uns erträumt haben. Eines Tages werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen.

We absolutely loved staying at the flamingo experience. Ali and Frania were wonderful hosts and truly made us feel at home. Waking up in Playa Remanso is a treat and is the perfect spot if you’re hoping to surf. Ali and Frania truly go out of their way to cater to their guests. If we ever find ourselves back in SJDS we will definitely be back!

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
