House Rules

Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. Amazing place! A 10 out of 10! The house is located directly at the beach with a stunning view (also perfect for watching outstanding sunsets!) The house and the rooms are a perfect place to relax and having a wonderful time! The hosts Ali and Frania are super nice people and offer a variety of drinks and snacks you can enjoy while relaxing in the pool! Would defenitely come again!

The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and very modern. The location is perfect, with a stunning view in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and attentive, always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. Beautiful property with amazing beach view (even from bed!). Very friendly and helpful service, tasty breakfast. The rooms were so luxurious and clean, the pool was very nice too. The beach was perfect especially for beginner surfers, many nice restaurants too. Nothing

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
