Smoking is allowed on the front lawn area only. Vaping is allowed anywhere outside. Playing music, videos or any other personal audio is only allowed in your room and on the front lawn. Guests are expected to respect the bar honor system and record the items they consume immediately when taken. No flirting with staff or guests. Air conditioning is provided free of charge for use while you are in your room. Guests who prefer to leave the AC running while they are not in the room will be charged $10/day. Kids toys are not allowed in the pool area but you can take them to the beach. Rearranging of furniture is not allowed. Inside the gate parking is on a first-come basis due to logistics. The Flamingo Experience is beyond magical! Not only is Playa Remanso the most stunning beach near San Juan del Sur, but Ali has thought of every detail. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could possibly need (including Netflix). The pool and common spaces are gorgeous and intelligently set up. There are snacks available without having to walk to a tienda in town and Ali makes delicious signature cocktails. Even the music fits with the incredible views and surf vibes. We had a truly amazing stay here and look forward to returning. We particularly loved the delicious complimentary breakfast, watching sunsets from the roof deck, playing with Ali’s adorable pups, and the location mere steps from the beach. Thank you Ali for an extraordinary stay!

What an amazing experience. By far the best Airbnb experience I've had, we really felt at home. on top of all that it is truly one of he most beautiful homes and locations we've stayed. The pictures somehow still undersell the place. Highly Highly recommended

We have 3 gated parking spaces and free street parking which is safe and convenient. Other Destinations: + SJDS town is a 12min drive north. + Tamarindo beach is 2min south. + Hermosa is 10min south. + Maderas is 25min north. We also offer transportation for hire in a 2024 Landcruiser 4x4 SUV with AirCon. We go to town, beaches, and other destinations based on guests' needs.
