The Flamingo Experience

We absolutely loved our stay. Ali and his wife are such interesting and lovely people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The place is stunning and absolutely spotless, so well taken care of. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are big and luxurious. The property is directly infront of a beautiful beach. My husband and I have stayed in so many places but we will never forget this one it was really special to us and we will definitely come back. Everything was just perfect.

Es un lugar cómodo, con vista privilegiada, es un hotel pero te sientes como en casa, Ali es un gran tipo y en todo momento estuvo pendiente y presto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos.

The views, the peace, the design, the hospitality. The place is stunning and just so damn relaxing and the price was great The cost of a taxi from there (or by the beach) to San Juan del sur is 10 to 15 USD even though it's only a ten to system

Beautiful property with amazing beach view (even from bed!). Very friendly and helpful service, tasty breakfast. The rooms were so luxurious and clean, the pool was very nice too. The beach was perfect especially for beginner surfers, many nice restaurants too. Nothing

We stayed at the Flamingo experience for a week and it is just an amazing experience. We've stayed at nice places in Costa Rica, Bali, South Africa and all over the world - but this gem hidden in a piece of paradise is at the very top. Ali and Frania are incredible, hospitable hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, well looked after and your stay enjoyable. Their dogs are also very friendly. The roar of the waves crashing on the beach is at your front porch, whether sitting in the wonderful pool or in your room with the amazing view. Here you can surf, ride motorbike, enjoy massages, go bar/restaurant hopping, hiking and more. God willingly we will surely visit again! Come here if you want an adventurous vacation or if you just need to relax and feed your soul, whether alone, with friends or as a romantic getaway. There's nothing we didn't like

The property is incredible! Great view, walking distance to the beach, awesome terrace to watch the sunsets... but the best part were the hosts. Frania and Ali were incredible. Ali is a great chef and frania was always welcoming and helpful. I cant say enough about them. We didnt want to leave and are definitely coming back.

Everything was absolutely pristine, extremely beautiful location, delicious breakfast, and the hosts (Ali & Frania) were incredibly warm and generous people. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you stay. Nothing, it was perfect!!

An unforgettable stay! I’ve traveled all over Nicaragua, and this spot stands out as one of the best. The house is stunning, fully equipped, and literally right on the beach with direct access to one of the top surf breaks in the south. What really made it special was the host. Ali is incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back

Ali made everything effortless during our stay. From easy transportation to and from the airport to the thoughtful add-ons offered by him and his amazing staff, every detail was handled with care. The estate is spotless, the view is breathtaking, and the included breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. There are several great beachfront restaurants a 5 minute walk away, and the locals are incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, the entire experience was stress-free and unforgettable, thanks to Ali and his team. Can’t recommend it enough!

From the start, Ali was an incredible host, helping with directions, airport taxis, and everything in between. The room was spotless, the pool was clean, and the property was so comfortable you could walk around barefoot with no sand, even though the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious, and Ali’s food recommendations were spot-on. There’s also a full bar and snacks on-site. Everything felt chill, safe, and easy. I loved it so much I canceled my next stay and extended two extra days. I’ll definitely be back!
