Well designed and well fitted out property in an incredible location on the beach. The relaxed surf vibe was perfect. Great breakfasts overlooking the sea and the perfect spot for sundowners. Owners and staff were fab. Highly recommend.

The Flamingo Experience tiene una vista hermosa y el fácil acceso a la playa le suma mucho valor a la estadía. Alí y Frania son súper atentos y siempre están dispuestos a apoyar en cualquier cosa que se necesite. La habitación es muy cómoda; sin duda, es un lugar al que dan ganas de regresar.

Ali y Farina son excelentes anfitriones. Mi pareja y yo pasamos unos días excelentes con ellos. Fantástica comunicación y trato inigualable. La casa súper limpia con visitas inigualables. Recomendaría 100%.

La casa en su totalidad es hermosa , la habitación e instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias.
La habitación de la casa permite que el atardecer se pueda ver desde el balcón!!!
El desayuno muy rico!!!
Nosotros fuimos de luna de miel y recomendamos este lugar 100%, es perfecto 👌.
Los dueños Alin y Frania siempre estuvieron atentos, incluso Alin nos fué a buscar xq estábamos perdidos 😅

Better than expected. BEAUTIFUL location and San Juan is 10 minutes away. The host(s) were responsive and helpful with anything we needed. FREE delicious breakfast with your stay is unbeatable. They accommodated a special birthday occasion with cake and candles! We will be coming back to Nicaragua and staying here again. They have additional services that came in handy such as taxi to and from the airport and laundry services. 12/10 recommend this place!!

Este lugar es un verdadero paraíso escondido en Playa Remanso. 🌴 Nuestra estadía fue simplemente espectacular. Ali y Frania son anfitriones impecables, atentos en cada detalle y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que uno podría necesitar: espacios limpios, bien cuidados y con una energía increíble. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y perfecta para descansar después de un día de playa.
Pasamos un fin de semana maravillosos y sin duda volveremos pronto. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable!

A great location close to San Juan del Sur without the noise. An exceptional view on the bay. Great facility and lovely breakfast choices. Ideal for surfers or just to relax by the pool and explore the area. Parking is a bit awkward.

Amazing place! A 10 out of 10!
The house is located directly at the beach with a stunning view (also perfect for watching outstanding sunsets!)
The house and the rooms are a perfect place to relax and having a wonderful time!
The hosts Ali and Frania are super nice people and offer a variety of drinks and snacks you can enjoy while relaxing in the pool! Would defenitely come again!
