Had an amazing week at this peaceful and beautiful house, it really exceeded my expectations! The view is stunning, the surf was great, and the host was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, and everything was very clean and spotless. I’ll definitely be back.

Everything was well thought. All the things in the common areas were labeled. The place is amazing, the furniture, the breakfast, the host, everything. The view is to day for. Relaxing and amazing to look at the waves from such a place. The host and owner is a big place. We enjoyed everything and the ensured everything was all right. Definitely will go back soon. Favorite place on the beach so far. That we had to leave :(

The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and very modern. The location is perfect, with a stunning view in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and attentive, always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making my trip a memorable experience!!

We enjoyed an unforgettable stay at the Flamingo Experience! It's run by a super friendly American-Nicaraguan couple, Ali and Frania, who live there with their seven adorable dogs (those are outside most of the time). We booked two rooms for two couples, and both rooms had an amazing view of Playa Remanso.
We loved everything about our stay: the beautiful rooms, personalized breakfast, elegant pool, and the perfect seaside location. Ali and Frania are lovely people as well, and fun to be around. If you're looking for a relaxing beach escape in Nicaragua, we can't recommend The Flamingo Experience enough!

We absolutely loved our stay.
Ali and his wife are such interesting and lovely people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The place is stunning and absolutely spotless, so well taken care of. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are big and luxurious.
The property is directly infront of a beautiful beach. My husband and I have stayed in so many places but we will never forget this one it was really special to us and we will definitely come back. Everything was just perfect.

The views, the peace, the design, the hospitality. The place is stunning and just so damn relaxing and the price was great The cost of a taxi from there (or by the beach) to San Juan del sur is 10 to 15 USD even though it's only a ten to system

Beautiful property with amazing beach view (even from bed!). Very friendly and helpful service, tasty breakfast. The rooms were so luxurious and clean, the pool was very nice too. The beach was perfect especially for beginner surfers, many nice restaurants too. Nothing

We stayed at the Flamingo experience for a week and it is just an amazing experience. We've stayed at nice places in Costa Rica, Bali, South Africa and all over the world - but this gem hidden in a piece of paradise is at the very top.
Ali and Frania are incredible, hospitable hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, well looked after and your stay enjoyable. Their dogs are also very friendly.
The roar of the waves crashing on the beach is at your front porch, whether sitting in the wonderful pool or in your room with the amazing view.
Here you can surf, ride motorbike, enjoy massages, go bar/restaurant hopping, hiking and more. God willingly we will surely visit again!
Come here if you want an adventurous vacation or if you just need to relax and feed your soul, whether alone, with friends or as a romantic getaway. There's nothing we didn't like

The property is incredible! Great view, walking distance to the beach, awesome terrace to watch the sunsets... but the best part were the hosts. Frania and Ali were incredible. Ali is a great chef and frania was always welcoming and helpful. I cant say enough about them. We didnt want to leave and are definitely coming back.
